Replace your system
A new install from LHC is what qualifies you for membership. System evaluation required.

Join your Circle
Your address joins your neighborhood's Circle. Circles are capped at 396 homes each, kept small by design so Lee knows his neighbors.

You're covered for 10 years
Parts, labor, and every visit, plus twice-yearly check-ins. No service fees, no surprises.

That is the worst week to be making a decision this size. In August, with the house at ninety degrees, nobody compares warranties or reads the fine print. An evaluation now costs nothing, commits you to nothing, and means the decision is already made when the day comes.

Tell us about your home and we will set up the evaluation. So there are no surprises about how this goes.
- We call you back, usually within one business day. It is a conversation about your system, not a pitch.
- Every home gets a real evaluation. If your equipment has years left in it, that is what we will tell you.
- You get a number and the warranty terms in writing. Nobody asks you to sign anything at the kitchen table.

Thirty-seven years doing HVAC in Central Texas. I've worked for the big companies, run the service calls, seen how the industry treats homeowners like problems to solve. That's not what I want to build.
This came from a simple question: what would HVAC look like if I designed it for my own neighbors? Covered up front, no surprises, someone who actually shows up and knows your name. That's it.

Beyond the Membership
We also build the hard ones.
Not every job fits a membership. High-end custom homes, new construction and full remodels are handled separately, with their own scope and their own quote, and they are not limited to Leander and Cedar Park.
What carries over is the standard. The same person who caps his membership at 396 homes so he can do the work properly is the one designing your system.
