“I grew up here. My kids grew up here. This isn't my market. It's my neighborhood.”
Thirty-seven years doing HVAC in Central Texas. I've worked for the big companies, run the service calls, seen how the industry treats homeowners like problems to solve. That's not what I want to build.
This came from a simple question: what would HVAC look like if I designed it for my own neighbors? Covered up front, no surprises, someone who actually shows up and knows your name. That's it.
I keep it to a few neighborhoods close to home, because that's where my foundation is. You deserve an AC guy who has as much riding on this community as you do.
A doctor, not a salesman
A good doctor diagnoses honestly, treats what is actually wrong, and tells you when you do not need the procedure. That is the standard here. Every home starts with a real system evaluation, and if the honest answer is that your equipment has years left, that is the answer you get.
What We Stand For
Built on four tenets.
Not a values page nobody reads. These are the four things that decide how every job gets handled.
Relationship
We want to know your name, not your ticket number.
Big companies rotate a different tech through your house every visit, and you explain your system from scratch every time. Capping each Circle at 396 homes is what makes the opposite possible. Lee sees the same homes year after year, so your history is something he remembers rather than something he reads off a screen.
Stability
Ten years, one price, no renegotiating.
The industry runs on surprises: the diagnostic fee, the trip charge, the part that was somehow not covered. Membership removes all of it. Ten years of parts and labor, a price you already know, and no conversation about money when something breaks.
Comfort
Real comfort, plus knowing exactly what you paid for.
A system that holds temperature through an August afternoon is the easy part. The rest is not lying awake wondering what the next repair costs, or whether you were sold something you did not need. Both kinds of comfort are the job.
Do No Harm
We'll tell you when not to replace something.
There is real money in telling a homeowner their system is finished. Sometimes it is not, and saying so costs us the sale. We would rather run yours until it genuinely dies and keep you as a neighbor than close a job we did not need to close.
The Team
Small on purpose.
You are not going to get passed around a call center. There isn't one.
Lee Ortiz
Owner and lead installer
Thirty-seven years in the trade. Lee runs the evaluations, the installs, and the service visits, which is exactly why the Circles are capped.
Brittani Ortiz
Co-Owner, Operations
Scheduling, membership, and the paperwork that keeps a warranty a warranty. If you get a call back about your appointment, it is usually Brittani.
Licensed and accountable
Texas air conditioning and refrigeration contractor license TACLA024632E, regulated by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. That number is on every truck, every invoice, and the bottom of every page here.
Come meet your neighbor.
If any of this sounds like the way it should have worked all along, there is room in both Circles right now.
