How It Works
We don't do service calls. We do memberships.
What the membership actually is, what it covers, and how a home joins one.
A service plan is something a company sells you. A membership is something you join. The difference is the cap: each Circle stops at 396 homes, so we cannot grow past the point where we still know who you are.
Everything below follows from that one constraint.
The Difference
Two ways this can go.
Not a straw man. This is genuinely how the rest of the industry is set up to work.
The usual way
The membership
What's Included
What membership covers.
No asterisks on this list. The one caveat worth knowing about lives on the pricing page, and it is about installation, not coverage.
Ten years, parts and labor
Not parts only, and not a first-year courtesy. A full decade of both, on the system we installed.
Two inspections a year
Before cooling season and before heating season, so problems get caught while they are still small.
No service fees
Zero. Not reduced, not waived on the first visit. There is no line item for us showing up.
No trip charges
Coming to your house is part of membership, not something billed on top of it.
Every covered visit
If something covered fails, we come out and take care of it. There is no per-incident math.
Filter service
On the Premier tier we deliver your filters and install them, so it stops being a thing you forget.
Two Tiers
One choice to make.
Both tiers carry the full warranty and inspections. Filters are the only thing that separates them.
Standard
Everything that makes it a membership.

That is the membership fee. Your system replacement is quoted separately, and the pricing page lays out what that costs.
How To Join
Four steps, in order.
Membership is tied to equipment we installed, so the sequence matters.
System evaluation
Every home starts here. We size the equipment against your actual load and flag anything that would change the price before you commit to a number.
Replace your system
A new install from us is what qualifies your home. We stand behind ten years of parts and labor, which means it has to be equipment we put in ourselves.
Join your Circle
Your address joins the Leander or Cedar Park Circle. Each one is capped at 396 homes, kept small on purpose so Lee actually knows his neighbors.
You're covered
Coverage starts the day the system does. Inspections get scheduled, filters start arriving if you are on Premier, and nothing else needs doing.
Leander & Cedar Park
Both Circles are open.
Joining starts with a system evaluation, and the evaluation starts with a conversation. No pressure and no commitment attached to either.
