It is roughly what one person can genuinely look after across ten years of warranty coverage, twice-yearly inspections, and everything in between. Past that, members become tickets.
These are his neighborhoods
Lee grew up here and his kids grew up here. The membership serves the communities he already has a stake in, which is a different kind of accountability than a service territory.
