There is no points balance, no tiers, and no dashboard to log into. If you send us a neighbor and they join, your next month is on us. Send twelve, and that is twelve free months.
How It Works
Three steps, and two of them are ours.
Tell a neighbor
Someone whose system is on its last legs, or who has been burned by an HVAC company before. You already know who they are.
They become a member
Credit is earned when they actually sign up as a member, not when they first call for information. Nothing happens on a maybe.
Your next month is free
One full month of your membership fee, waived, and again for every neighbor after that. No codes to enter and nothing to claim. We handle it on our end.
Two Ways To Do It
However is easiest.
Either one reaches us. You do not need to do both.
Call it in
Tell us who you sent and we will note it against your membership. Thirty seconds, and it is the surest way to make sure the credit lands.

Send us their name and how to reach them, and yours so we know who to credit. We have started the message for you.
Email the referralYour neighbor can also just name you when they fill in the membership form, under “How did you hear about us?” Telling us yourself is surer, since it does not depend on them remembering.
One Small Thing
Tell them you get a free month.
Recommendations get awkward when the person hearing one wonders what you are getting out of it. So say it. You get a month, they get a system covered for ten years, and nobody has to go looking for the catch.
The Conditions
All of them, in one place.
Short list, and none of it is buried.
- You need to be a member yourself to earn the credit.
- Credit is earned when your neighbor joins, not when they call for information.
- Referrals need to reach us before they join, not after the fact.
- You cannot refer yourself, and duplicate referrals only count once.
- Their home still has to qualify: inside the Leander or Cedar Park city limits, with a system replacement.
- There is no limit on how many months you can earn.
- The free month is applied to your next billing cycle after they join.
